Northcrest offers a total Life-care commitment through its entrance endowment fees, followed by a basic monthly service fee. This unique approach guarantees Northcrest residents a home for life. Northcrest offers independent retirement living as well as home health care and long-term nursing care. The Life-care committment provides for standard nursing care in the Health Care Center.

The basic monthly service charge includes unit fee, electricity, water, heat and air conditioning (individually controlled), cable TV, lawn service, snow removal, housekeeping up to four hours bi-weekly, health plan filing, Northcrest property and liability insurance (residents are responsible for insurance on their own personal property and liability exposure coverage), regular interior and exterior maintenance of apartment/townhome and furnished appliances, scheduled transportation for grocery and general shopping, several private rooms for special occasions and gatherings, library and administrative services. As a resident of Northcrest you also have access to planned activities and outings, guest rooms, an on-site Styling Salon and business office services for your faxing, copying and other business needs.
