The Heartwood House is a community within the Northcrest Community.
As time is a circle so this circle brings perspective to the process of
aging - harvesting the fruits of our experiences ... a time to gather
lost moments and experiences.
We have specifically designed the Heartwood House to support independence
and emphasize dignity and personal choice because we know that living
environments influence our quality of life and health
