Administrative Assistant, Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm

Northcrest is a Life Plan Community in Ames, Iowa.  We are currently seeking a Full-time Administrative Assistant to join our team.  Successful candidates must be detail oriented, possess strong customer services skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and enjoy working in a fast paced professional office. Key functions of this position include a variety of administrative duties, serving as a resident liaison, and supervision of receptionist team members. Planning and project management skills are necessary for this position.


Associates degree in Business Administration preferred, with a minimum of 3 years administrative experience. Supervisory experience is highly desired. Proven ability to problem solve using critical thinking, organizational skills, and effective time management. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and Publisher.  Excellent personal, phone, written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
