We considered several retirement communities both in Iowa and elsewhere. Northcrest led the pack on quality and value for costs, and also offered Life-Care until death.
Some "affordable" institutions ended up costing more when their ala carte pricing was added up. Only dining is ala carte at Northcrest; other fees are inclusive and comprehensive. Then, after we moved in, we discovered the wonderful bonus of a vibrant, stimulating family of residents with a strong sense of community. We would recommend Northcrest to anyone.
