The Health Center
Supporting Safety, Security and Wellbeing
The Northcrest Health Center serves residents who need everyday care and support, as well as offers shorter respite stays to residents who are recuperating from an injury or hospital stay. Residents always maintain independence and personal choice, even in the event they need to make the permanent move to the Health Center.
Inside the Health Center residents make the beautiful rooms home with their own decor and personal belongings. A kind, caring, skilled staff serve Health Center residents with personalized care each day, so our residents can live as comfortably, dignified and independently as possible.
Making the Health Center Home
The Health Center welcomes residents who cannot live independently any longer and need 24-hour support. If and when a resident moves permanently to the Health Center, with our Life Care Promise, they pay the same monthly service fee as they were in their previous Northcrest residence.
An Environment for Wellbeing
Medical support and physical wellness are part of the care equation. Mental health and wellbeing is vital to overall health too. That’s why the Northcrest Health Center has been designed to be comfortable and inviting. It’s a rejuvenating part of the community where each resident has their own private room they can fill with their personal belongings to feel right at home.
Taking a Health Center Respite
All Northcrest residents have access to the Health Center. When recovering from surgery, healing from an injury, discharging from a hospital visit and more, you can stay at the Health Center for a short period of time for extra support as you recuperate. As a resident of Northcrest, you can rest easily knowing you have access to any health care and services you need.
