How the Life Care Promise Works
At Northcrest, when you join the community in independent living, you are guaranteed a home for the rest of your life. With our Life Care Promise, we provide a crucial level of financial protection to safeguard against future medical expenses. If a Life Care resident outlives their resources for reasons outside of their control and are no longer able to pay their monthly service fee, Northcrest will provide financial assistance for their monthly service fee. And we help residents stay in their independent living apartment or townhome, offering home health services that will keep them living on their own for as long as possible.
